Education Support Program

Shwapnojatra is a need based education support and philanthropic initiative for poor students to fulfill their higher education. Shwapnojatra was initiated in 2019 and it is a dream project of Ambala Foundation. Currently we have 50 students from several institutions of Bangladesh. Our aim is to contribute the sustainable development goals as well as the government’s strategic plans through providing support in education. We are providing need based educational support like Session, Tuition and Examination fee; Book, Khata, Pen/Pencil, School Uniform, Tiffin, Transportation, etc.

Who Can Apply

Selection Criteria

  1. Students who are unable to bear educational expenses 
  2. From class six to Masters, any students can apply 
  3. Eligible students from any parts of Bangladesh can apply 
  4. Eligible children of Ambala Foundation staff’s and beneficiaries can apply
  5. Poor orphan students who cannot afford their educational expenses can apply
  1. Hard Core Poor Family ‒ Who cannot afford  educational expenses
  2. Ethnic or Marginalized Communities (Women, Fisher-folk, Dalit, Autistic, etc.)
  3. Poor beneficiaries children of Ambala Micro-finance Program who are unable to bear educational expensess
  4. Children of Ambala Foundation’s poor staff members
